I teach applied improv workshops. This means that I teach improvisation skills as a life hack, or as professional tool to improve essential life skills:
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Charisma, presence and confidence.
- Playfulness and spontaneity.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Leadership and growth mindset.
- Listening, care, and empathy.
- Physicality and energy.
I am very interested in mindfulness, Buddhism, Meditation, and Stoic philosophy and I am constantly exploring and researching the intersection of these approaches with improvisation.
